UPDATE: April 28th, Shipping restrictions to Canada and Japan are lifted!
Due to the situation the world is in, there are some restrictions around shipping. Countries have set restrictions in place or are having problems with transport, customs clearance and/or delivery and therefore there is an acceptance freeze of international parcels. As of today (March 27th, 2020) I am not able to ship orders to the following countries:
The Bahamas, Kuwait, Samoa, Bermuda, Lebanon, Somalia, Bhutan, Liberia, South Africa, Brunei Darussalam, Libya, Sri Lanka, Cayman Islands, Maldives, St. Helena/Ascension/Tristan da Cunha, Chad, Mauritania, St. Kitts Nevis, Cuba, Moldovia, St. Lucia, Djibouti Mongolia, Suriname, Ecuador, Montenegro, Trinidad and Tobago, French Polynesia, Morocco, Tunisia, Honduras, Myanmar, Wallis and Futuna, India, New Caledonia, Western Sahara, Iran, Peru, Jamaica, Philippines, Hongkong, Macao, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore.
April 6th, 2020 - added Canada to the list.
When the restrictions are lifted I will be shipping to these countries again.
Please note that due to local restrictions in some European countries service delays cannot be excluded. In some areas, pick-up and deliveries have been suspended until further notice
Giftcards will still be available in my shop.
Normally, much of the mail sent from Europe to the US is carried by commercial passenger aircraft. Because these no longer fly, alternatives must be used. More cargo flights are currently being operated.
Unfortunately, it can also mean that the transit times of your order may be slightly longer because there are fewer available flights, unfortunately, we cannot predict how much they will change.
If you have any questions. Feel free to shoot me an email at email@example.com.
